Whipping cream biscuits
Yield: 18 Biscuits
Ingredients:
- 2 c Self-rising flour
- 1 ts Sugar
- 1 c Whipping cream
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients; mix well. (Dough will be stiff.) Turn dough out on a lightly floured surface and knead 10 or 12 times. Roll dough to 3/8 inch thickness; cut with a 2 inch biscuit cutter.
