Tex-mex pasta salad
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 4 Tomatoes chopped
- 1 Green pepper cubed
- 1 Yellow pepper cubed
- 1/2 Hot pepper chopped
- 3 tb Olive oil
- 3 tb Red wine vinegar
- 1 Clove garlic minced
- 2 tb Chopped parsley
- 1 tb Chili powder
- 2 c Cooked pasta
- 1/2 c Jack cheese cubed
- 2 tb Sunflower seeds
Instructions:
Combine vegetables in large bowl. Combine oil vinegar garlic parsley chili powder salt & pepper to taste. Pour over vegetablemixture. Stir in cooked pasta sprinkle with cheese and sunflower seeds toss. Chill.
