Spinach & cashew salad
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 c Chopped raw spinach leaves
- 1/2 c Watercress
- 4 Green onions; sliced
- 1/3 c Cashews
- 1/2 c Croutons
Instructions:
