Spinach cucumber salad
Yield: 4 servings ---
Ingredients:
- 4 c Spinach; 2 md Cucumbers; ---------------------------------DRESSINGS---------------------------------
- 1/4 c Salad oil; 1 ts Soy sauce;
- 1 tb Sugar (PLEASE SUGAR 1/4 ts Dry mustard; -SUBSTITUTE) 1/2 ts Garlic powder'
- 1 tb Vinegar;
Instructions:
Tear spianch leaves into bite-size pieces (about 4 cups): refrigerate 1 hour. Place spinach in a large bowl. Slice unpeared cucumbers into bowl.
