Spicy bean & cucumber salad
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 11 oz Green Beans; Cooked And -Chopped About 2 Cups
- 1 md Cucumber; Peeled and Finely -Chopped About 1 Cup
- 1/2 md Red Onion; Finely Chopped -About 1/2 Cup
- 2 tb Fresh Cilantro; Chopped
- 2 tb Red Wine Or Cider Vinegar
- 2 ts Fresh Hot Green Chili; -Chopped OR
- 1/4 ts Cayenne Pepper; Crushed
- 1 ts Honey
- 1/2 ts Salt
Instructions:
Mix all of the ingredients together blending well. Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours or until well chilled.
