Salmon dill salad with pasta shells
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb Tiny shells or twists
- 1/4 lb Smoked salmon
- 1/4 c Mayonnaise
- 1/4 c Yogurt
- 3 tb Chopped shallots
Instructions:
Finely chopped fresh dill Cut the salmon into slivers. Toss into a dressing made of the mayo yogurt shallots and dill. Mix with the pasta and refrigerate the salad for several hrs to let it mellow. Taste for seasoning; you may need to add pepper but no salt.
