Roberta's cucumber salad
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 3 cucumbers : (2 peeled
- 1 unpeeled both : diced)
- 1 1/2 c plain yogurt
- 1/2 c finely chopped fresh mint
- 1 TB lemon juice
Instructions:
