Molded cottage cheese and grape salad
Yield: 8 servings
Ingredients:
- 16 oz Cottage cheese; 1/2 c Water; cold
- 1/2 ts Salt; 2 c Grapes; green seedless;
- 1/8 ts White pepper; -divided
- 1 c Milk;; 1 c Grapes; Ribier or Malaga;
- 1/3 c Mayonnaise; -seeded
- 2 pk Gelatin;
Instructions:
unflavored Salad dressing; Put cottage cheese through a sieve and mix with the mext 4 ingredients. Soften gelatin in cold water and dissolve over hot water. Stir into cottage cheese mixture. Chill until it begins to thicken. Fold in 1 cup of the green grapes. Turn into a greased 5-cup ring mold. Chill until firm. Turn out onto a serving plate.
