Marinated cucumbers
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 6 lg Cucumbers sliced 1/2 t Seasoned salt;
- 1 lg Onion; chopped 2 tb Olive Oil;
- 3/4 c Rice vinegar; 1/8 tb Pepper; coarsly ground
Instructions:
