Lemony cheesecake with fresh fruit

Ingredients:
- 1/4 c Graham cracker crumbs
- 16 oz Fat free cream cheese (NOT -product in tub)
- 1 cn Eagle Brand Fat Free or Low -Fat Sweetened Condensed -Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
- 4 ea Egg whites
- 1 ea Egg
- 1/3 c ReaLemon lemon juice from -concentrate
- 1 ts Vanilla extract
- 1/3 c Unsifted flour
- 1 c Fresh assorted fruit
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Spray bottom of 8-inch springform pan with cooking spray; sprinkle crumbs on bottom of pan. In mixer bowl beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand until smooth. Add egg whites egg ReaLemon and vanilla; mix well. Stir in flour. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Chill. Serve with fruit. Refrigerate leftovers.
