Jicama salad
Yield: 6 sweet ones
Ingredients:
- 1 md Jicama; peeled sliced 1/4 c Water; -(Jicamas are similar to 1/4 c Vinegar; -to big chestnuts) 2 cl Garlic; crushed
- 1/4 c Cilantro; chopped 1/4 ts Black pepper;
- 1 lg Carrot; grated 1/4 ts Salt; In a plastic or glass bowl mix all ingredients. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Food Exchange per serving: 1 STARCH/BREAD EXCHANGE; CAL:
