Fresh fruit compote
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 Apples
- 2 Pears
- 1 Persimmon
- 1 pk Raspberries frozen sweet.
- 1/4 c Orange juice
- 1/4 c Kirschwasser (optional)
Instructions:
Cut up fresh apples pears and persimmon. Place in a bowl. Defrost raspberries drain and add to bowl. Stir gently to mix. Pour orange juice and kirsch over all. Cover and refrigerate. Serve cold. NOTE: You may substitute any fresh fruit in season to prepare this compote.
