Tuna twists
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 5 tb Olive Oil
- 8 oz Tricolour Pasta Twists
- 2 oz Butter
- 1 Garlic Clove peeled and -crushed
- 4 oz Button Mushrooms Wiped
- 14 oz Tuna Chunks in Oil -Drained and Flaked Salt and Pepper
- 2 tb Snipped Fresh Chives
Instructions:
Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil and add a tablespoon of olive oil to prevent pasta from sticking. Add pasta twists bring back to the boil and simmer for about 10-12 min or al dente. Drain. Meanwhile heat the remaining oil and butter in a saucepan and add the garlic and mushrooms. Cook for 2-3 minutes add tuna and heat thoroughly season to taste.
