Spam jello

Yield: 6 Servings

Ingredients:

• 1 lg Box lemon or lime Jello
• 1 lg Can Spam
• 1 md Onion chopped
• 1/2 c Boiling water
• 1/2 c Ice cold water
• 1/2 c Mayonnaise
• 1/2 c Sour cream
• 1/2 Bell pepper chopped
• 4 Hard boiled eggs chopped
• 1/4 c Relish (pickle corn etc.)
• 2 Stalks celery finely -chopped
• 2 dr Tabasco

Instructions:

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add cold water mayonnaise and sour cream to Jello. Chop Spam; add to Jello with remaining ingredients. Chill until firm. Makes 6 to 8 servings. This recipe is excellent on a hot day.
