Sorbet caribe
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 Very ripe bananas sliced -and frozen
- 3 oz Fresh pineapple juice
- 3 oz Frozen pineapple juice
- 2 tb Unsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions:
Freeze pineapple juice in ice cube tray for convenience. Place the frozen banana slices fresh and frozen pineapple juice and coconut in a blender or food processor. Puree until the mixture is smooth and resembles soft ice cream or a sluch. Serve immediately in chilled bowls. This is another recipe from Sundays at Moosewood Restaurant.
