Sesame noodles
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb Linguini 1 tb Sesame oil Water for boiling 1 tb Fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 pn Salt 1/4 ts Red pepper optional
- 3 ea Scallions sliced 2 ts Toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tb Soy sauce
Instructions:
Break linguini in half. In a medium pot cook linguini in boiling salted water till al dente about 8 minutes. Drain. Combine linguini with remaining ingredients & serve warm or at room temperature. Nava Atlas Vegetariana
