Pork bbq sauce
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 c Onion finely minced
- 3/4 c Garlic finely minced
- 2 tb Tiger sauce
- 2 tb Worchestershire sauce
- 2 1/2 tb Mustard
Instructions:
Blend together all ingredients. The technique used was to stab large holes in a pork roast massage the sauce into the holes produced and marinate overnight.
