Pilaf
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Fine Noodles -- broken in Pieces
- 2 tb Unsalted Butter
- 1 cn Chicken Broth -- or beef Broth
- 1/3 c Water
- 1/2 c Long-Grain Rice -- raw
Instructions:
In saucepan brown noodles in butter; stir often. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 20-25 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Makes about 2 1/2 cups. Recipe By :
