Pasta jambalaya
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 c Chicken; diced
- 1/2 lb Tasso or smoked sausage;chop
- 1/4 c Green pepper; chopped
- 1/4 c Red onion; chopped
- 1 tb Minced garlic x Creole seasoning
- 1/4 Stick butter x Grated provolone x Grated gouda
- 1 lb Three-colored pasta; cooked
Instructions:
Saute meats in oil. Add pepper onion garlic seasoning and butter. Heat. Toss with pasta and serve with grated cheeses.
