Noodle~ cheese & veggie casserole
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 8 oz Egg Noodles medium wide
- 1 tb Salt
- 3 qt Water boiling
- 8 oz Yogurt plain
- 8 oz Cottage cheese creamed
- 10 oz Green beans frozen
- 1/2 c Onion minced
- 1 c Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
shredded Preheat oven to 400F. Gradually add noodles and salt to rapidly boiling water so that water continues to boil. Cook uncovered stirring occasionally until tender; drain in colander. In a separate bowl combine yogurt and cottage cheese. In a 2-quart round baking dish combine noodles yogurt mixture beans and onion. Top with Cheddar cheese. Bake 20 to 25 mins or until cheese is melted and browned.
