Instructions:

Salt Black pepper ground Bread crumbs 1. Boil macaroni in salted water until tender. Drain and rinse with hot water. Place in casserole dish. 2. In a saucepan heat milk and cheese until the cheese is melted. Add seasonings and pour over macaroni in casserole dish. 3. Mix with a fork cover with crumbs and bake in moderate oven 350F for 15 minutes. Adapted from "The American Woman's Cook Book" 1949. CompuChef conversion by Rick Weissgerber
