Linguine with mushrooms
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Shiitake mushrooms cleaned & sliced
- 6 tb Olive oil
- 1 ea Garlic clove minced
- 1/2 ts Hot red pepper flakes Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tb Parsley chopped
- 3/4 lb Linguine
Instructions:
Cook mushrooms in olive oil over low heat for 10 minutes. Add garlic red pepper flakes salt & pepper. Cook stirring for 5 minutes over low heat. Cover and cook for 15 minutes longer. Add parsley and mix. Meanwhile bring water to boil in large kettle. Boil linguine until aldente. Drain linguine add sauce and mix. Sprinkle with extra parsley.
