Lemon chive fettuccine
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 6 oz Fettucine -- uncooked
- 1/3 c Lowfat sour cream
- 3 tb Fresh chives -- chopped
- 1 tb Lemon peel -- grated
- 2 ts Lemon juice
- 1 ts Soft margarine
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/4 ts White pepper
Instructions:
Boil 3 quarts water. Add fettuccine. Stir until water boils again (about 30 seconds). Cook 10-12 minutes and drain. Mix remaining ingredients and toss with fettuccine. Serve hot as a side to poultry or as a refreshing entree. Recipe By : Shape
