Joan cook's tuna fruit & pasta salad
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cn (6-3/4 oz.) tuna with canola Oil
- 2 c Cooked shell pasta
- 2 c Fresh fruit and/or sweet --
Instructions:
Peppers; cut into bi Pieces (Jean used -- melon Grapes jicam Bell peppers) 1 tb Sweet onion -- chopped DRESSING: 1 (6 oz.) vanilla yogurt 1/2 ts Curry powder 1 tb Lime juice 1 tb Ginger root -- peeled and Poppy seeds for garnish Drain tuna and separate into bite-size pieces. Mix fruit pasta onion and tuna. Mix dressing ingredients well. Gently mix dressing with fruit pasta and tuna. Sprinkle with poppy seeds if desired. Serve chilled. Recipe By :
