Impossible macaroni & cheese pie

Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients:

• 2 1/4 c Cheese; cheddar shredded
• 2 1/2 c Milk
• 1/2 c Bisquick baking mix
• 1/4 ts Sauce; red pepper
• 1 c Macaroni; uncooked
• 4 Eggs
• 1/4 ts -Salt
• 1/4 c Cheese; cheddar shredded Approx. Cook Time: :40 Preheat oven to 400F. Grease pie plate
• 10x1
• 1/2". Mix two cups cheddar cheese and macaroni

Instructions:

sprinkle in plate. Beat remaining ingredients except for 1/4 cup cheese till smooth 15 seconds in blender. Pour into plate. Bake till knife inserted in centre comes out clean about 40 minutes. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese. Bake till cheese melts 1-2 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.
