Capellini with ham & walnuts

Ingredients:
- 4 tb OLIVE OIL
- 1/2 c WALNUTS FINELY CHOPPED
- 1/4 ts GARLIC POWDER
- 1/4 lb THINLY SLICED HAM *
- 1/2 lb CAPELLINI PASTA
- 1/2 ts FRESH GROUND BLACK PEPPER
- 1/8 ts SALT
- 1/3 c FRESH GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
- 1/4 c FINELY MINCED PARSLEY
Instructions:
* HAM CUT INTO FINE SHREDS ABOUT FOUR SLICES. ----------------------------------------------------- BOIL WATER IN A LARGE POT FOR THE PASTA. IN A LARGE SKILLET HEAT THE OLIVE OIL OVER MEDIUM HEAT. ADD THE WALNUTS AND GARLIC POWDER SAUTE FOR 3 MINUTES. STIR IN THE HAM AND SAUTE FOR 2 MINUTES. KEEP WARM. PUT THE PASTA IN THE BOILING WATER AND COOK FOR 3 TO 5 MINUTES. DRAIN AND POUR BACK INTO THE HOT PAN. STIR IN THE PEPPER SALT PARMESAN AND PARSLEY. SERVE IMMEDIATELY.
