Parmesan mashed potatoes
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 c Milk
- 1/4 ts EACH salt and pepper
- 2 2/3 c Frozen mashed potatoes
- 1 tb Butter or margarine
- 1/4 c Freshly grated parmesan
Instructions:
Cheese Heat milk salt and pepper in a medium saucepan over medium heat until steaming hot about 6 minutes. Add potatoes and cook stirring constantly until smooth and hot about 6 minutes. Add butter and cheese; stir until butter melts. Recipe By : Woman's Day 9-17-96 From: Carol Taillon
