Grune bohnen mit birner
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 8 oz Runner beans
- 8 oz Sliced pealed pears
- 4 oz Butter
- 1 oz Sugar
- 2 oz Vinegar
Instructions:
Salt & pepper Clean and trim runner beans and slice thinly. Par boil in salted water for 12 minutes. Drain and toss in butter with pears. Sason to taste and add sugar and vinegar. Stir well.
