Yield: 8 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 lb Whole green beans Boiling water
- 2 1/2 ts Salt
- 2 tb Oil
- 1/4 ts Garlic powder Or less to taste
- 1/3 c Tomato sauce
- 1/8 ts Black pepper
- 2 ts Paprika
Instructions:
Pimiento strips Cook Beans in water to cover with 2 teaspoons salt until not quite tender. Drain. Saute in oil with garlic powder for 3 minutes. Add remaining salt and all other ingredients except pimiento. Reheat. Garnish with pimiento strips. Walt MM Serves 8-10 Lei Gui Bronx NY USA
