Incredible hash brown potatoes
Yield: 10 Servings
Ingredients:
- 3 lb Frozen hash brown potatoes- Thawed and drained
- 16 oz Cheddar cheese;grated
- 2 cn Cream of potato soup
- 1 1/2 c Sour cream
- 3/4 c Parmesan cheese;grated
Instructions:
Combine the first 4 ingredients. Place in a 9x13" baking dish. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. From: Misty Graves Date: 23 Sep 96
