Sparkling pineapple punch
Yield: 26 servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Sugar 1 Bottle (1 liter) sparkling
- 1/2 c Water -water Chilled
- 2 Three-inch sticks cinnamon 1 Bottle (750 milliliters)
- 1/4 c Lime juice -sparkling white wine
- 1 cn (46 ounces) pineapple -chilled
Instructions:
-Juice chilled *substitute: 1 Bottle (1 liter) ginger ale Heat sugar water and cinnamon to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or until chilled.Remove cinnamon from syrup. Just before serving mix syrup with remaining ingredients in punch bowl. 26 SERVINGS (ABOUT 1/2 CUP EACH); 65 CALORIES PER SERVING.
