Sour cream banana bread
Yield: 1 Loaf
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Butter (1 stick)
- 1 c Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 ts Vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 c All-purpose flour
- 1 ts Baking soda
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1 c Mashed bananas (about 3)
- 1/2 c Chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1/2 c Sour cream
Instructions:
Cream the butter with the sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients; mix. Add the mashed bananas nuts and sour cream. Bake in a greased loaf pan at 350 for 1 hour.
