Rubarb relish
Yield: 10 Cups
Ingredients:
- 5 c Rubarb diced
- 3 1/2 c Sugar
- 1 c Cider vinegar
- 1 ts Cinnamon
- 1 ts Allspice
- 1/2 ts Cloves
Instructions:
Combine everything in a pot and bring to a boil simmer uncovered for 1 hour.Stir often.Place in canning jars (Mason Jars) and seal. Great with Ham or other meat dishes
