Raspberry melba sauce
Yield: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 c Raspberries fresh or frozen -=OR=-
- 2 tb Water Sugar substitute =
- 1 ts Cornstarch To 6 ts sugar
- 6 ts Sugar
Instructions:
In a small saucepan combine raspberries and 1 tb of the water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until the berries start to fall apart. Dissolve the cornstarch in the rest of the water. add to berries and cook until mixture thickens about 1 minute. Remove from heat. Strain mixture and stir in sugar. Serve over any fruit or frozen dietary dessert. Per serving: 2g protein 0g fat 8g carb. 0mg sodium omg chol. 88 calories.
