Raisin-spice coffee cake
Yield: 9 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 c All-purpose flour*
- 1 c Sugar
- 1/3 c Margarine or butter -softened
- 1 c Milk
- 3 ts Baking powder
- 1 ts Salt
- 1 ts Ground cinnamon
- 1/4 ts Ground allspice
- 1/4 ts Ground nutmeg
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 c Raisins Streusel Heat oven to 350F. Grease square pan
- 9 x 9 x 2 inches. Beat all ingredients except raisins and Streusel on low speed 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed scraping bowl occasionally

Instructions:
raisins. Spread half of the batter in pan; sprinkle with half of the Streusel. Top with remaining batter; sprinkle with remaining Streusel. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean 40 to 45 minutes. 1 coffee cake (9 servings); 460 calories per serving.
