Potatoes romanoff
Yield: 4 Servings -
Ingredients:
- 4 lg White potatoes peeled&cubed
- 4 lg Green onions chopped
- 1/2 c Sour cream
- 1/2 c Cottage cheese
- 1/4 c Mayonnaise
Instructions:
Cook the potatoes and onions in salted water until fork tender. Combine sour cream cottage cheese and mayuonnaise and pour over potatoes. Toss lightly to coat potatoes and bake at 325F for 30 minutes. Serve hot or cold. The Old Sorehead Cookbook
