Potato chip cookies
Yield: 72 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 c Butter or margarine Sugar
- 1 ts Vanilla
- 1/2 c Crushed potato chips
- 1/2 c Chopped nuts
- 2 c Flour
Instructions:
Cream butter with 1/2 cup sugar. Add vanilla potato chips nuts and flour and mix well. Form into small balls and place on ungreased baking sheets. Dip bottom of glass in sugar and flatten cookies. Bake at 350F 16 to 18 minutes.
