Peachy yogurt cooler

Ingredients:
- 1 c Chilled peach nectar -yogurt
- 1/2 c Milk Ground nutmeg
- 1 Container (6 ounces) peach
Instructions:
Place nectar milk and yogurt in blender. Cover and blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth. Sprinkle with nutmeg. 2 SERVINGS (ABOUT 1-1/4 CUPS EACH); 180 CALORIES PER SERVING.
