North carolina: western ii (smoked pork)

Ingredients:
- 1 cn Tomato sauce
- 2 c Water
- 1 ea 6oz tomato paste
- 2 ea Dried chilis
- 1/2 c Ketchup
- 2 tb Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 ts Chili powder
- 1 ea Juice of two lemons
- 1/4 c Red wine vinegar
- 2 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/4 ts Tabasco
- 2 tb Pepper
- 1 ea Onion finely chopped
- 1 ea Clove garlic minced
- 2 ea Bay leaf
- 1/2 lb Butter
- 2 ts Dry mustard
Instructions:
Simmer all ingredients 30 minutes. Strain and cool.
