Nut icing

Yield: 1 Cake icing

Ingredients:

• 2 tb Vegetable oil
• 1 c Water/soy milk
• 1 c Pecans
• 1 c Shredded coconut
• 1 1/2 c White sugar

Instructions:

Place all ingredients in a pot. Boil for 5 minutes. Pour over hot cake. Recipe by Mark Satterly
