Nut icing
Yield: 1 Cake icing
Ingredients:
- 2 tb Vegetable oil
- 1 c Water/soy milk
- 1 c Pecans
- 1 c Shredded coconut
- 1 1/2 c White sugar
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a pot. Boil for 5 minutes. Pour over hot cake. Recipe by Mark Satterly
