Linguini with clam sauce
Yield: 2 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 tb Olive oil
- 3 Cloves garlic
- 1/4 c Chopped fresh parsley
- 1 Can chopped clams
- 1 1/2 tb White wine
Instructions:
to taste Cooked linguini Saute the garlic gently in the olive for about five minutes. Add rest of ingredients and bring just to a simmer. Serve over linguini with grated parmesean cheese. Serves two. Pat C. Wolfe Cornell University pc11@cornell.edu
