Karen's caramel corn
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 c Butter
- 2 c Brown Sugar
- 1 ts Salt
- 1/2 c Karo Syrup
- 1 ts Baking Soda
- 1 ts Vanilla Extract
- 6 qt Popped Popcorn
Instructions:
Mix Butter Brown Sugar Salt and Karo Syrup together in pan cook for 5 minutes and remove from heat. Stir in Baking Soda and Vanilla then pour mixture over popped popcorn. Place on pan in 200 deg oven for 1 hour stirring every 15 min.
