Grape and cabbage salad
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 c Grapes; green seedless 1/8 ts Black pepper;
- 1 c Grapes; Tokay or Malaga; 1 tb Lemon juice; freshly squeeze -seeded 1/4 c Mayonnaise;
- 3 c Cabbage; shredded Lettuce head;
- 1 1/2 ts Salt; Grapes; whole; for garnish
Instructions:
Combine grapes cabbage salt black pepper lemon juice and mayonnaise. Toss lightly. Serve on lettuce leaves. Garnish with additional whole fresh grapes if desired. SOURCE: Southern Living Magazine sometime in 1972. Typos by Nancy Coleman.
