Fresh figs cura#ao
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 12 Fig fresh; peeled & -quartered
- 1 tb Cognac
- 1 c Heavy cream whipped
- 1/3 c Curacao
Instructions:
Marinate the figs in the cognac 30 minutes or longer. Mix the cream and Cura#ao. Fold in the figs and any cognac that they have not absorbed.
