Garam masala-martha stewart living
Yield: 1 /4 cup
Ingredients:
- 1 ts Coriander seeds
- 1 1/2 ts Cumin seeds
- 1 ts Cardamom seeds
- 2 Cinnamon sticks
- 3 Bay leaves
- 1 1/2 ts Peppercorns
- 1/2 ts Whole cloves
- 1 ts Ground mace
Instructions:
1. Place all the seeds together in a saute pan over medium heat and dry-roast shaking pan often until they give. off an aroma about 5 minutes. 2.
