- 3/4 c Coarse-grain Dijon-style -mustard
- 2 tb Cider vinegar
- 2 tb Honey
- 1 1/2 ts Hot pepper sauce
In a small bowl whisk together the ingredients until they are thouroughly combined. If desired the mustard can be made hotter by adding cayenne.
