Swiss spaghetti casserole

Ingredients:
- 3 oz Spaghetti squash
- 3 oz Swiss chard
- 3 oz Onion; chopped
- 3 oz Green pepper; chopped
- 1 1/2 oz Almonds; blanched chopped
- 1 ts Garlic; minced
- 2 ts Thyme
- 1/2 ts Salt
Instructions:
Sesame oil Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a 4 x 8 baking pan with sesame o8il. Cut squash in half remove the seeds and discard them.Place the squash in a baking pan cut side down with 1/3 inch water. Bake for 40 mintues. Then lwoer oven to 375 degrees. When squash is cool enough to handle cut into 1/2-inch cubes. Stamswiss chard for 6 minutes. Combine all ingredients in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes. From DEEANNE's recipe files
