Smooth & tasty kidney bean dip

Yield: 1 Recipe

Ingredients:

• 3 c Cooked AM Kidney Beans -- (1-1/2 cups dried)
• 1 Onion; chopped
• 8 oz Cream cheese; OR...
• 1 c -Creamy tofu
• 1/2 c Mild picante sauce
• 2 tb Tamari sauce (optional)
• 1 tb Chili powder
• 1/2 c Green enchilada sauce
• 1 ts Garlic powder

Instructions:
