Punkin butter
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 ts Lemon juice
- 1 ts Lemon rind
- 1 lb Pumpkin mashed
- 1/2 c Orange juice
- 3/4 c Brown sugar
- 1/8 ts Ground ginger
- 1/8 ts Ground cinnamon
- 1/8 ts Ground cloves
- 1/4 ts Salt
Instructions:
Bring all ingredients to a boil in a heavy pan. Reduce heat and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. Chill for 4 hours. Great on toast English muffins.
