Marinated garlic
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 6 Heads garlic
- 1/2 c Soy sauce
- 1/2 c Sweet sherry
- 1/2 c Cider vinegar
- 1/4 c Honey
Instructions:
Measure marinade into a sauce pan add garlic and bring to a boil over medium heat stirring occasionally. Simmer vigorously for 1 minute. Remove from heat pour into jar cool and cover. Leave at room temperature for 2 days then refrigerate for 20 days before using.
